REFUND POLICY Last Updated: January 2026 At FTG Universe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds. —
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS: This includes: PDFs, guides, toolkits, courses, and downloadable content. Policy: NON-REFUNDABLE once accessed or downloaded. Reasoning: Digital products can be copied and shared, making refunds impractical after access. Exceptions: - Technical issues preventing access (we'll troubleshoot first) - Duplicate purchases (contact us within 48 hours) - Product significantly different from description To request an exception, email support@fromnothingtoglory.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and detailed explanation.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: This includes: Merchandise, fan kits, apparel, and shipped items. Return Window: 30 days from delivery date Conditions for Return: - Item must be unused and in original packaging - Item must not be damaged (other than shipping damage) - Original tags must be attached (for apparel) - Proof of purchase required How to Return: 1. Email support@fromnothingtoglory.com with subject "Return Request - [Order Number]" 2. Include reason for return and photos if applicable 3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions 4. Ship item within 7 days of authorization Shipping Costs: - Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective): We pay return shipping - Returns due to preference (changed mind, wrong size): Customer pays return shipping Refund Timeline: - Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned item - Refund issued to original payment method - Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item: 1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery 2. Include photos of damage and packaging 3. We will provide a full refund OR replacement at your choice 4. No return shipping required for damaged items
4. FGTP EXECUTIVE SERVICES: Briefings and Consulting: Before Scheduling: - Full refund available before briefing is scheduled After Scheduling: - 48-hour notice required for rescheduling (no charge) - Less than 48-hour notice: 50% fee applies - No-shows: No refund
Completed Briefings: - Non-refundable once the briefing has occurred - We stand behind our work — if unsatisfied, we'll schedule a follow-up call at no charge Advisory Retainers: - Cancel anytime with 30-day notice - No refund for the current billing period - Unused portions are non-refundable - All delivered materials remain yours

COURSES AND TRAINING: Tactical Training Academy: Before Access: - Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't started any lessons After Access: - Non-refundable once you've accessed course content - If course is significantly different from description, contact us for review Technical Issues: - If you cannot access purchased content due to our technical problems, we'll either resolve the issue or provide a full refund
